WHAT DOES YOUR ORDER INCLUDE?

The wardrobe order is delivered in 1 single package containing:
1) The 28mm door already primed over the entire surface & pre-assembled in the frame at the factory;
2) The aluminum frame, all pre-assembled at the factory;
3) The hardware already mounted on the door: the concealed adjustable hinges & the push-pull locking system. In case you ordered the locking system with pull-out knob this comes pre-assembled, while if you ordered the fixed knob this is shipped loose.
Attention!
If you order a wardrobe with 3 or more doors, it is NOT possible to ship the frame pre-assembled: this means that the frame is assembled at the factory for quality control and then disassembled, placed in the package and shipped to the customer.
The panel order is delivered in 1 single package containing:
1) The 19mm door already primed over the entire surface & pre-assembled in the frame at the factory;
2) The aluminum frame, all pre-assembled at the factory;
3) The hardware already mounted on the door: the concealed adjustable hinges & the push-pull locking system. In case you ordered the locking system with pull-out knob this comes pre-assembled, while if you ordered the fixed knob this is shipped loose.
Attention!
If you order a panel with 3 or more doors, it is NOT certain that the frame will be shipped pre-assembled: this varies depending on the size required.If it is not possible to ship the frame pre-assembled, the frame is still assembled at the factory for quality control and then disassembled, placed in the package, and shipped to the customer.
The hinged door is delivered in 1 single package containing:
1) The 53mm door already primed on the entire surface & pre-assembled in the frame at the factory;
2) The aluminum frame with spacers already mounted, all pre-assembled;
3) The hardware already mounted in the door: the concealed adjustable hinges & the magnetic lock. Note: The minimum number of hinges is always 3, but they increase according to the height of the door.
4) Handles, if requested at the time of purchase, arrive in a separate package, unless you ordered the recessed or invisible handles, which come pre-assembled instead.

If you order a 2-leaf door, it is NOT certain that the frame will be shipped pre-assembled: this varies depending on the size required.If it is not possible to ship the frame pre-assembled, the frame is still assembled at the factory for quality control and then disassembled, placed in the package, and shipped to the customer.
The sliding door order is delivered in 2 separate packages and includes:
1) The counterframe to be integrated into the wall including the relevant accessories inside package 1;
2) The 40 mm sliding door prepared for insertion into the corresponding counterframe already treated with primer inside package 2;
3) The hardware already mounted on the door: the recessed niches & the thimble on the door thickness inside package 2.
FROM THE SITE TO YOUR HOME
TRANSPORTATION & DELIVERY
We make it a point to guarantee deliveries by reservation according to your needs
- At the time of collection of the goods by the carrier is our care to send by mail to the customer the transport document (bill or DDT)
- The courier in charge of the shipment will call the customer on the cell phone number provided in the order to make the delivery appointment.
- Please note that floor delivery is NOT included in the standard delivery service. If you need this service, you can request it directly to the carrier, when scheduling the appointment for delivery. The additional cost for this service varies according to several factors (such as floor, area, quantity and weight of packages, time and day required), and will be agreed directly with the carrier when booking.
- In case of non-collection due to the absence of the addressee, the courier will leave a written notice of a second delivery; in case this one also fails, it will be possible to pick up the goods at the courier's warehouse with storage charges paid by the customer.
- Number and condition of packages must be always checked within 48 hours of receipt of the goods! It is recommended to ALWAYS sign the PDA or the courier's delivery document WITH RESERVE and take photos or videos to witness the condition of the package. Any disputes should be raised immediately either to our offices via email at spedizioni@pannellofilomuro.it and info@invisible-door.com.

PACKAGING & INSURANCE
We care about providing you with your products in the safest way possible
- We take care of your products at every stage of the shipping process. All orders include 100% Full Risk insurance, already included in the price, to protect you against damage or loss during transport.
- Each item is carefully wrapped in protective polyethylene, with anti-impact corner reinforcements and dedicated protection for accessories. The product is then placed in a heavy-duty cardboard box, designed to absorb stresses during transit.
- For large orders or particularly delicate products, we use custom-made wooden crates, ensuring maximum protection all the way to the final destination.

- At the time of pickup by the carrier, we are responsible for emailing the customer the transport document (bill or DDT)
- Once you receive the email confirming the order's leaving, you will receive a call on your mobile phone to book the delivery time.
- In the event of non-collection due to the absence of the addressee, the courier will leave written notice of a second delivery; if this also fails, the goods can be collected from the courier's warehouse at the customer's expense.
- The shipment is made by courier and it is specified that with the collection of the goods from our factory, he takes over the management and responsibility, becoming in fact the only party to deal with for any question or requirement relating to the delivery.
- It is recommended that you always check the number and condition of packages: any complaints should be raised immediately either to the courier or to our offices via email at spedizioni@filomuro.it.
