How to choose the opening direction of our flush-to-wall hinged door:
🚪Imagine you are standing in front of the door, on the flush-to-wall side (outside the room).
🚪If the hinges are on the right, the door opens to the right; if they are on the left, it opens to the left.
🚪If you push the door to enter → it is a push door.
🚪If you pull the door toward you → it is a pull door.
How to recognize the flush side of the door:
🚪 Our flush-to-wall hinged door has two sides:
🧱 Usually, the flush side is the one outside the room or alcove.
✨ Its strength lies in its invisible effect, because the door and the wall appear to be a single surface.
✅ You can install it during renovation work or even after the work is completed, on walls and floors that are already finished.
🧱 Installation can be carried out by: a construction company overseeing the work; a plasterboard worker responsible for constructing walls, wall returns, and suspended ceilings; a skilled craftsman experienced in door and frame installation, or a competent DIYer familiar with drywall work, joint filling, and taping.

What is included in an order for a flush-to-wall hinged door:
🪵 Factory pre-assembled frame, supplied complete with stop gasket.
🚪 53 mm door leaf, treated with primer and ready for painting, for a perfect invisible effect.
🔒 AGB Revolution XT magnetic lock, already mounted in the door leaf.
🕳️ Holes for handle installation already drilled at the factory.
⚙️ 3 invisible hinges adjustable in 4 directions, with a load capacity of up to 100 kg and compatible with cladding up to 1.5 cm thick.

📏 Equipped with spacers to keep it perfectly straight.
🦾 Designed and extruded to ensure high mechanical resistance.
✨ Satin silver finish with black brush seal included.
🎨 Available on request painted to sample (RAL, NCS, Pantone) or in special finishes.
📏The frame is always the same regardless of the type of wall.
Masonry wall brackets and/or corner profiles for plasterboard are always included in the price and in our shipments.
Depending on the selected wall type, we include the necessary accessories for fixing the frame to the wall free of charge (see photo).
🧱 If the room has different wall types (e.g., masonry on the left and plasterboad on the right and above), simply indicate this in the order notes: we will provide both fixing accessories at no additional cost.
🛠 The fixing accessories (clamps and/or brackets) are shipped separately, allowing the installer to adapt the frame to the wall, avoiding points where drilling is not possible, thus adapting to the actual situation of the walls.

🪵 Covered in sanded and edged MDF, ready for a perfect finish.
📢 45 mm thick sound-absorbing polystyrene filling.

🎨 Treated with primer over the entire surface.

🧲 The magnetic movement ensures silent closing, smooth opening, and no scratches on the frame.
🛠 The lock is already installed in the door leaf and can be chosen with a patent key or privacy latch, depending on the configuration.
🕳️ The drilling of holes in the door leaf is free of charge and can be chosen according to your needs.
Handles and locking systems:
🖐️ During configuration, you can choose among different types of handles.
⚙️ Alternatively, you can request pre-drilled holes to install a handle purchased elsewhere.
🔒 Each handle can be combined with the desired locking system: patent key or privacy latch.
Lacquering of the flush-to-wall door leaves:
🎨 Our lacquer finish is always soft-touch and matte, with a smooth, uniform surface (glossy lacquer finish is not available).
🌈 The lacquer finish is available in all RAL, NCS, or Pantone colors.

Our flush sliding doors, available in both standard and custom sizes, are fitted with a recessed aluminium handle in a satin silver finish, ensuring smooth and discreet operation. It can be configured with or without a locking system:

OPTIONS FOR FLUSH HINGED DOORS
Our flush hinged doors are equipped with premium-quality handles, model Lama by Olivari (100% Made in Italy), featuring certified and fully customisable locking systems. The magnetic locks used in our doors are manufactured by the Italian company AGB, and are 100% Made in Italy. Thanks to the magnetic mechanism 🧲, they ensure an exceptionally smooth and silent closing. 🛠 The magnetic lock is always pre-installed inside the door panel at the factory.
