Areas like:

Hill-side and Mountain-based homes/residences;

Zones/Areas that requires boats for the delivery (for example The Netherlands or Norway);

Days from 15 December to 15 January and from 25 July to 30 August are excluded from the timetable;

Are subjected to pay an expense-contribution for the transports and delivery.
