Technical Specifications

  • Satin aluminium frame ready for installation in any type of wall, pre-assembled in the factory and therefore ready for installation, our frame only needs grouting on the outside (on 4 sides) after fixing to the wall, so it is not necessary when building the wall or plasterboard;

 

  • Solid mdf door with a thickness of 19 mm, already treated with a protective primer (cementite/primer) over the entire surface, the door arrives ready to be painted with the same paint as the walls or to be covered with wallpaper;

 

  • Hinges adjustable on 3 axes ‘spring-loaded’ with automatic outward movement of the sash (included with the push-to-open mechanism) or ‘spring-loaded’ with locking when closing (included with the fixed minimalist knob);

 

  • High-quality push-to-open mechanism included and pre-installed in the centre of the door, or fixed ergonomic minimalist knob pre-installed at the factory in the centre of the door, depending on choice;

Installation

  • This product is ideal for closing off manifold niches, electrical panels, accesses for counter-ceiling storage for duvets and/or suitcases, concealed pockets in the entrance hall, small pantries in the kitchen, living room or bedrooms;

 

  • Installation is very easy for bricklayers, drywallers or craftsmen who install fixtures; we recommend DIY only for customers who have experience with plasterboard wall plastering and gauzing;

 

  • Preparing the compartment (in masonry, plasterboard, concrete) will allow you to get on with the work, and to wait for the arrival of the flush door with peace of mind, just respect the measurements of the ‘compartment to be made’ given above;

 

  • Please note that a depth of 9 cm is required for installation;

Description

The invisible Invisible-door access panel enables to close recesses and technical spaces keeping a seamless continuity between wall and shutter, thanks to a perfectly integrated frame with both masonry and plasterboard and to the use of rollaway adjustable hinges. The MDF shutter can be processed according to the client or designer’s requirements, allowing to stylishly hide technical elements or to transform recesses into storage compartments perfectly integrated with the wall.

Technical features and details

The single Invisible-door frame perfectly integrates with masonry and plasterboard walls. The press-drawn section is in anodised aluminium, alloy 6060, and satin silver finished. It is supplied with a dust brush on the sides of the door slam. The mdf 19 mm thick panel is pre installed on the frame and, supplied, at your choice, with push-pull opening system to avoid any handle, or with a magnetic lock provided with a knob. Adjustable hinges come standard on INVISIBLE-DOOR doors and access panels enabling to keep doors perfectly aligned thanks to easy adjustment of proper regulators.
