Technical Specifications

  • Pre-assembled aluminium frame, 53 mm door with primer, invisible hinges adjustable in 4 directions, AGB magnetic lock;

 

  • Anodised aluminium sealed frame with silver-satin finish on 3 sides with top stop crossbar, ready to be installed on any type and thickness of wall (minimum 70 mm), complete with spacers to keep the frame unleaded during installation and complete with black sound-absorbing rubber gasket pre-installed on the frame, all delivered pre-assembled at the factory;

 

  • Solid wood door covered with mdf with a total thickness of 53 mm, already primed (white primer) over the entire surface, the door is ready to be painted with the same paint used for the walls or to be covered with wallpaper. Our doors are always 100% edged (we do not use laminate);

 

  • Invisible hinges adjustable in 4 directions. No. 3 for H up to 220 cm with a load capacity of approx. 100 kg, No. 4 for H up to 300 cm with a load capacity of approx. 130 kg. Push doors can be clad with panels (Boiserie) up to 15 mm thick, pull doors can also be clad but on the hinge side the cladding must be with the edge cut at 45° to allow the door to rotate and open;

 

  • AGB Polaris 2XT magnetic lock pre-installed in the thickness of the sash, for patent key or privacy lock depending on the choice made during configuration;

Measures

  • Measurements of the compartment to be made (masonry, plasterboard, concrete) cm 111 × 205,5 H. It is possible to make the walls in these measurements during the construction site and wait for the delivery in peace;

 

  • External-frame dimensions (3-sided frame) cm 110 × 205 H;

 

  • Internal-frame dimensions (with installation on finished floor) cm 100 × 200 H;

 

  • Door dimensions (+/-) cm 100 x 199,5 H. Our doors are already factory-tolerated to be perfectly flush with the floor;

 

  • Real-passage measure with door open (+/-) cm 95/100 x 200 H depending on the type of opening ordered. Our pull-up doors (not panelled/coated) open up to 180°.

Installation

  • Our doors are ideal for closing off bedrooms, kitchens, studies, bathrooms and toilets. They are not suitable for cinema or music rooms. The doors are for covered and heated interiors, so they are not suitable for closing access passages to garages if these are not heated;

 

  • Installation is very easy for bricklayers, drywallers or craftsmen who fit doors and windows. Construction companies are generally able to fit our doors without any problems;

 

  • We only recommend DIY to customers who have experience with plasterboard wall construction;

 

  • The preparation of the compartment (111 x 205,5 H cm can be masonry, plasterboard or gasbeton) will allow you to continue the work and wait for the arrival of the doors and/or the complete frame in peace. All you need to do is respect the measurements ‘of the compartment to be made’ indicated in the description of the measurements;

Description

The invisible Hinged door cm 100×200 is the ideal product for a seamless wall to door continuity, thanks to a frame perfectly integrated with both masonry and plasterboard, to the use of rollaway adjustable hinges and total lack of external door frames. It is proposed standard with a protective water based prime coat, leaving up to the client or designer’s expressive freedom the decision if finishing it like the wall it is built in or enhancing its geometry with special finishing and covering. Upon request the door is supplied lacquered or in wood.

The single Invisible-door frame perfectly integrates with masonry and plasterboard walls of any thickness and allows for door installation with both opening swing directions.The press-drawn section is in anodised aluminium, alloy 6060, and satin silver finished.It is supplied with a gasket on all 3 door slams. The 53 mm thick panel is produced in veneered wood with solid wood on the sides and honeycomb wood core. It is completed with two panels in smoothed mdf. The Invisible-door is available in standard sizes (600-700-800 mm width and 2000 mm height), guaranteeing maximum convenience, and in customized sizes for total design freedom. Full height models are also available, as well as models without girder and hinged and double door panel types. Panel is pre-drilled and ready for hinges. Assemblage is carried out with water binders. The standard equipped magnetic lock prevents the frame to be scratched due to the friction of the lock latch used in traditional locks. You may choose the model with lock only for the utmost neat design or the model equipped with key or pin to protect your privacy. Adjustable hinges come standard on INVISIBLE-DOOR doors and shutter doors enabling to keep doors perfectly aligned thanks to easy adjustment of proper regulators.

Our invisible hinged door is available in standard sizes (600-700-800 mm width and 2000 mm height), guaranteeing maximum convenience, and in customized sizes for total design freedom. Full height models are also available, as well as models without girder and hinged and double door panel types.
